Trove Market is a nonprofit online marketplace designed to empower entrepreneurs with disabilities. We offer two partnership options for organizations and individuals who want to support our mission. Each option provides a different level of involvement and access.

Partnership Option 1: Referral Partner

Who it's for:

Any individual or organization wants to refer potential sellers to Trove.

Key Features:

No formal agreement, setup, or fee required.
Simply refer individuals with disabilities who may benefit from selling on Trove.
You can offer encouragement and support their business, but there's no expectation to provide training or coaching.
Referred sellers are not affiliated with you within the Trove system.
No access to affiliated Seller data, internal tools, or branding on the platform.

Best for:

Community members or organizations who want to connect Sellers to new opportunities with minimal commitment.

Partnership Option 2: Seller Support Partner

Who it's for:

501(c)(3) nonprofits or service agencies that provide ongoing support to Sellers and want to play a deeper role in the Trove ecosystem.

Key Features:

Support one or more sellers through business coaching, training, or product development.
Get access to Trove's onboarding and seller training resources.
Sellers you support are affiliated with your organization.
View performance data (sales, products, fulfillment, etc.) for your organization and your affiliated Sellers.
Help Sellers resolve customer service issues.
Optionally set up a branded storefront for your organization, allowing you to:

Showcase products from your affiliated sellers on your Storefront.
List and sell your own organization's products on your Storefront.
Receive sales proceeds from your partner Storefront, with the responsibility to distribute payments to Sellers in accordance with your internal protocols

Annual Access Fee:

$10,000
Due once your application is accepted, then annually afterwards.

Requirements:

Must be a 501(c)(3) organization
Must accept and comply with all platform policies.

Best for:

Non-profits, service agencies, or cooperatives actively helping individuals with disabilities succeed in e-commerce.
